All of our products are carefully handmade with only the purest ingredients available. However, we assume no responsibility for any adverse reactions you may have as a result of sensitivities or allergies. We do our best to make each product as safe as possible. If you have any allergies or medical conditions you should always refer to a health practitioner for advise before using our (or any new) products. Likewise, our products are not meant to replace prescribed treatments, medicines or therapies. All products we make are intended for EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
Errors, Misprints and Delays
We strive to provide accurate and current information on our website. However, occasional misprints and errors may occur. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse, correct or cancel any orders that may be made in cases where errors or misprints occur.We also reserve the right, at any time, to alter or remove this website (or any part thereof) without warning to you and you agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any alterations to this website. Element Botanicals is not obligated to sell products based on errors or misprints on this website.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, availability may occasionally be limited, in which case we will contact you with various options, including but not limited to an expected waiting time, refunds, credits or substitutions. We will, to the best of our abilities, accommodate all purchases in the order they are received. In the event of a delay you will be contacted upon receiving your order. Element Botanicals reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We also reserve the right to deny excessively large orders, and to charge additional funds for shipping in extreme cases.
