Thieving Bastards Botanical Moisturizer

$8.00
Long ago it was discovered that a blend of plant essences provided the wearer with remarkable protection against illness. There are many variations of the origin of the four thieves blend.
Legend has it that this blend was passed down in a family of apothecaries, four of whom employed it to stave off the plague while looting the homes of the sickly and deceased.
After the thieves were captured and tried for their acts of robbery, a judge apparently offered leniency if they would share how they were able to remain untouched by the effects of the plague. The thieves divulged their recipe containing selected plant oils that they would anoint and stuff masks with to evade the sickness that was known as the Black Death. Since then, thieves oil, as it became known has been widely used to purify, kill viruses and bacteria.
The blend has been shared for centuries before a certain company had the audacity to trademark the name and claim ownership.
We have named our version as a nod to the proven origins as well as the sad acquisition of what should be publicly available folk medicine.
Our blend is based on the original combination of clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary, with the addition of antibacterial powerhouses from evergreen and tea tree essential oils.
We have blended this effective remedy with our botanically infused lotion to protect and provide relief to dry skin. Apply to hands to help kill germs and keep skin soft and nourished.
