Shipping & Returns Policy

Currently our shipping prices are based on the weight per item. Shipping is free on orders over $100! We use Canada Post Expedited service as a standard, however, alternative arrangements can be made. This service tends to take longer for overseas orders, if you wish to Express Post your order please contact us.

Guarantee and Returns

We offer a complete guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us at the email address below. We will accept returns of unused products and offer a replacement or credit towards another purchase.

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer cash or credit card refunds unless you order was not completely filled or the items purchased are temporarily unavailable.

If a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the shipper as we do not insure shipments without special request. Refused orders are subject to full shipping charges.
